A late fee will be applied to all applications after the late deadline date.
We do not accept faxed applications or emailed applications, online registration only
Everyone attending must have a completed District Medical Form. Those without a completed medical form will not be allowed to register or participate. No exceptions!
All applications must be signed by the Senior Pastor indicating that all leaders have been background checked. Registrations can not be accepted without Senior Pastor's signature.
By attending you are agreeing you and you're leaders will attend services and meeting functions during the event.
