The Royal Rangers Ranger Kids program is designed for boys in kindergarten through 2nd grade (typically ages 5–7). It serves as an early introduction to the Royal Rangers experience, focusing on building a strong foundation of Christian character, basic life skills, and positive relationships.

The Royal Rangers Discovery Rangers program is designed for boys in grades 3–5 (typically ages 8–11). This stage builds on the foundation established in Ranger Kids, encouraging boys to explore their interests, develop practical skills, and grow in their faith.

The Royal Rangers Adventure Rangers program is designed for young men in grades 6–8 (typically ages 12–14). At this stage, the focus shifts toward identity, responsibility, and developing leadership skills during the critical middle school years.

The Royal Rangers Expedition Rangers program is designed for young men in grades 9–12 (typically ages 15–18). It represents the most advanced level of the Royal Rangers program, preparing young men for adulthood, leadership, and lifelong faith.
